A key reason for Adaptive Technologies Group’s success is due to the diverse background of its staff, what they have accomplished before joining Adaptive and what interests and activities they have now.
Take 𝙅𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙃𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜, for example. He is our 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩 and “𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧”. He programs and trains operators on our CNC lathes, mills, brake presses and laser machines. Thanks to his forty years of experience, if there is a better or faster way to make a part, Jerry will find it. 💡
Before joining Adaptive, Jerry worked on many high-profile aerospace projects including the James Web space telescope, the Mars Rover. He even served the cinema industry providing close tolerance machining of Panavision cameras.
