One of the reasons why Adaptive Technologies Group is so successful is due to the diverse background of its professional staff.

Meet Richard Bean, our manufacturing supervisor and scheduler. Richard programs and choreographs all the production manufacturing in our Signal Hill, CA factory, utilizing the latest in CNC equipped machinery and well-trained staff. 

Richard moved to California from Tennessee in 2014 to attend Spartan College of Aeronautics & Technology and graduated with a GPA of 3.9. He served in aerospace as a certified TIG welder before joining Adaptive Technologies Group in 2016. Richard started as a 3rd shift welder and worked his way into Quality Assurance.

But he didn’t stop there, Richard later took on production and scheduling and now serves as our manufacturing supervisor and scheduler. He has since improved our procedures and output in that capacity.

In his spare time, Rich enjoys studying architecture and engineering, including skyscrapers, ships and even the international space station. He also fosters special needs cats until a forever home can be located.
