Adaptive Technologies Group, Signal Hill, CA, has expanded its projector lift and controller offerings to accommodate the growing list of large format projector applications.
(Signal Hill, CA 03/24/2026). Adaptive’s Prolift Scissor Lifts are now available in three standard field adjustable lifting heights, 8’, 16’ and 24’. Installations are straight-forward, silent running and ideal for post production studios, theaters, booth-less and 4DX auditoriums. Side cars and wire track feed the signal and power wiring to the projector as it is lowered. Redundant fall protection assures safe operation, up to a 600 lb. payload and projectors can be mounted directly to the Lift, or installed inside the P-Box 15 self-ventilating hush box (as shown). Choose from three different digital controllers. One offers a show and maintenance position, another model that adds a third “stow” position for placing projectors above a ceiling and out of view. A third model is network-able and compatible with popular show controllers. Each of these controllers come preassembled with a UL label and remote switch.
